Mat and the JNP team were incredibly professional throughout the whole process, from valuation to viewings. I was impressed with their punctuality and professional appearance. Mat took fantastic photos of our property and had the brochure ready within days. They have been extremely supportive during the sale process and always have time to answer any queries. Lisa liaised with me throughout the whole process. Given the current climate, we had many problems along the way. Lisa was contactable every day, always returning phone calls and emails. So far Mat at JNP has gone above and beyond with the newly assigned sale of our house. He has been easy to contact and extremely helpful at all points along the way even as far as coming to see us after his working hours as we were busy.
