We had our house valued in January with Mat who explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured, therefore we booked for him to come back to take photos the next day which he did to a high standard. JNP managed to sell our home within 5 days!!! We were then passed to Janet in sales progression, she could not have done anymore. She truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much. We are extremely grateful for the help, understanding and advice we received from her throughout the whole process. We get the keys to our new property at the end of the April, meaning it was just over 3 months from valuation to completion! We did use JNP solicitor recommendation and were assigned Jess. I cannot sing her praises enough, she was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop throughout. She was easy too communicate with and easy too reach. We will highly recommend JNP and will use them in future.

The viewings and sale were dealt with by Lisa Smith. Who regularly called me to give me updates and followed up with the buyers on a regular basis. We have had property under management for close to 3 years now with JNP. Working with Lloyd Buston and his team at JNP has been great. He is extremely proactive and goes the extra mile. While at times the management aspects have needed improving, Lloyd stepped up and took accountability. In the past year things have been running very efficiently.
