I contacted JNP (High Wycombe) and my enquiry/viewing was dealt with by Christina Grima. From the very start of the process Christina was attentive and supportive offering me other realistically linked properties for me to view along with access to other support services such as Solicitors etc. but no hard sell. She was also very punctual at the viewing and assisted with all the questions I put to her during the viewing within an hour. I can't speak for JNP as a whole but I can vouch for how professional Christina is.

JNP were amazing, I highly recommend and would use again myself, in fact they may even bias a future purchase if it was with them ;) From Mark who did the initial evaluation, Martin in the sales office was my main contact but TBH they were all amazing, you could speak to any of the sales staff and they all knew about your property and were up to date on the progress, and Ross in the sales progression team was worth his weight in gold! During a very frustrating sale he was a godsend at chasing up, finding out what was going on all sides, and quick to respond to any potential issues. I have worked with 3 state agents in my purchase / sale experience and they are the best by far.

I can only comment on some aspects as my experience is limited to phone calls and viewing properties. But with what I have experienced so far, it is nothing short of customer service, professionalism, viewing assistance and getting an amazing service in general. My specific thanks, gratitude and credit goes towards Caroline D, Carla F and Janet C who have been an absolute star. I'm sure the whole of JNP staff are amazing but I want to be dealing with these to in particular in the future. These three specifically have helped me like no other.

I have never bought a property before so I was extremely nervous jumping into the world of buying. Christina showed us round a lovely property and gave all the info we needed or asked for and has been super helpful and very friendly everytime I have spoken to her. She has made this whole process so much easier. 5 stars is well deserved not just by Christina but everyone who I have dealt with at JNP. I would have no problems using them again.

Sold my flat through JNP using Lisa Smith and Ross Forder as the agents and I’m so pleased I did. Everything that could go wrong with my sale did (due to the incompetence of outside parties) but these guys were on it every day. Therefore, I highly recommend them as they’re professional, great communicators and incredible supportive during a very stressful process. The whole way through from the day it goes on sale to completion they kept me up to date without the need to chase them. They doggedly persisted in chasing outside parties no matter how many obstacles are thrown in last minute (by the incompetence of others) and I truly believe my sale wouldn’t have happened without both of them being on the case all the time, going well beyond my expectations. They were even there with a supportive ear whenever I needed reassurance. Great service throughout on a particularly time conscious sale, our house sold within a matter of days with several offers having been put forward to us. As a tenant through JNP, I've had a great experience, special shout-outs to Gesica and Mia who've both been a joy to work with. Mia helped my with getting the flat I rent and was amazing at sorting all the paperwork bits and getting the property decorated to my tastes before moving in. Also, I reported an issue with my washing machine to Gesica earlier this week and she was so prompt at organised someone coming to repair it; it was all fixed within 24 hours!

We sold and purchased through High Wycombe JNP and had a marvellous service throughout the process. Jan from Sales Progression was brilliant. She was in regular contact with us and was always there to answer our questions. She was key in keeping the process moving with the solicitors and liasing with the other buyers and sellers.
