Lachlan (Jon and Alfie) were excellent when my partner and I bought our first house in August. They were always on hand to help with the process of buying, answer any questions we had, kept us informed, were very personable, professional and transparent. They also had an unenviable task of keeping track of the chain (which they did really well) to ensure that completion could occur as soon as possible.
