I'm not going to lie, I have in the past had rather a dim view of Stow Brothers based on experiences with disinterested, unengaged agents at viewings. I thought perhaps they had become victims of their success, smug in their ability to sell a house without much effort thanks to the amount of viewings they generate. So it was that we chose another agency to sell our property. Stow Brothers were the agents that we were buying through, however, and in the closing weeks of that purchase I have had my mind changed about Stow Brothers. Jon (and in his absence Will) were absolutely on the ball, liaising with all conveyancers in the chain, chasing decisions from lenders, answering queries and just generally being extremely impressive in their efficiency and efficacy. Our agents, on the other hand, kept changing our contact, and had virtually no communication with us in the latter part of the sale apart from that which was instigated by Jon, and a phone call to say congratulations when we exchanged. Based on our experience, we would happily use Stow Brothers in the future. You proved me wrong!
