We had 2 buyers drop out over 4 months whilst under another popular local estate agents - deflated and pessimistic we moved to Stow - and to our surprise they managed to agree another sale within 2-3 weeks! Then started months of legal process (held up by solicitors) but our Sales Negotiator, Sammie kept things on track and progressing - I have no doubt that the chain would have collapsed at multiple stages but her perseverance and focus kept all parties engaged with a shared belief that WE WILL exchange - and it finally happened 2 days ago!
