I would highly recommend Stow Brothers. We recently sold our property in Highams Park with them. They were extremely easy to deal with and helpful throughout the whole process. We mainly dealt with Jon and Lachlan but everyone from the office was incredibly supportive and responsive. All our questions were answered with patience and wise advice. Also, their system for keeping clients informed of viewings and offers is very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Paul handled our purchase, which lasted from November till June. Through out he whole process he remained professional, communicated well with us and even when we got frustrated and started looking at alternatives not once did he try and pressure us. Quite honestly he held the chain together, being the go between all the parties. Would recommend him and use him when we sell.

Alfie has created a smooth and efficient process for helping me purchase my property. His responses have been professional and quick whenever a query has arisen and he has always been transparent with us. He added ease to the process, which we really are grateful for. I'm not going to lie, I have in the past had rather a dim view of Stow Brothers based on experiences with disinterested, unengaged agents at viewings. I thought perhaps they had become victims of their success, smug in their ability to sell a house without much effort thanks to the amount of viewings they generate. So it was that we chose another agency to sell our property. Stow Brothers were the agents that we were buying through, however, and in the closing weeks of that purchase I have had my mind changed about Stow Brothers. Jon (and in his absence Will) were absolutely on the ball, liaising with all conveyancers in the chain, chasing decisions from lenders, answering queries and just generally being extremely impressive in their efficiency and efficacy. Our agents, on the other hand, kept changing our contact, and had virtually no communication with us in the latter part of the sale apart from that which was instigated by Jon, and a phone call to say congratulations when we exchanged. Based on our experience, we would happily use Stow Brothers in the future. You proved me wrong!

Stow Brothers, Highams Park sold our home and found us a new one. The team were dedicated to making it happen and made what could have been a stress inducing period, feel really easy. Jon is a hero, and we are so thankful for his personal care and due diligence throughout the process. I wouldn’t use anyone else to sell a home, it was truly a great experience.
