Mr Walker did the impossible and got us sold for more than we anticipated! We used 2 different agents before him (well known too) who couldn't even get viewings at a significantly lower price. The moving house journey was already stressful enough for us, particularly as there were a lot of parties involved, but David always went above and beyond in making it easy as possible, contacting all parties and ensuring everyone is on the same page (alongside a sales progressor). David is certainly the best in the area (maybe even the country) he even has his own book on how to sell a house, which isn't something I've seen before. With attention to detail and of course hosting the viewings himself you're reassured throughout the process that David will get you sold. If you're in North West Leeds and you need a personable, empathetic and professional estate agent who puts in the elbow grease, he is essential!
