Best decision of 2021! We had 4 agents come and appraise our cosy 2 bed cottage in Farsley. 2 of the agents gave us ' eye watering' house values in an attempt to 'flatter' us to go with them. In that time 4 houses within our area being sold by 2 of the other agents fell through and still have sold STC flags on.
