Can't honestly praise hegartys enough!! Especially their mortgage advisor (mike) we certainly gave him a challenge with my self, being self employed for only 1 year and my partner starting a new job not long ago.. he did the impossible and found us a lender that would give us enough for our dream home... we had met with 5+ different mortgage advisors that wouldn't even give us the time of day... mike however made the impossible, possible!!!! Not one thing through the whole process was stressful for us (Can't say the same for Mike bless him) but we honestly couldn't thank him enough for all his help and expertise!!! Would defiantly recommend to anyone!!!!
