Have a couple of properties managed. Rachael is management contact. Practical, knowledgeable and efficient. There is an app for maintenance issues that does not seem to be able to put all your properties into one place and needs every quote approved or not rather than just picking one quote and having the rest provisionally declined by default. Overall works fine.

Good letting agent but no 'out of hours' emergencies. They are also at the mursy of landlords to get work completed. Friendly and helpful. Shop always clean tidy and your greeted as soon as you walk through the door

Constant battle to get any jobs done under the rental and property management agrerment.

I was passed over to this company when my previous letting agent closed and since then getting repairs carried out is a nightmare. I had to threaten them with citizens advice to get someone to look at the damp problem which still isn’t fixed and is now considerably worse. They implemented a new online system to book repairs and my house is not on the list so I can’t use it. The whole service from them is lack lustre.
