As a landlord of a flat in Hove, I needed a rapid process to renovate it and get it on the letting market. As I live a long way from Brighton, I needed an organisation with strong links to local companies who could get things moving and advise me on the best way forward. Kerry- Anne picked the mantle and moved things forward incredibly quickly. She is incredibly professional and led the entire process of turning the flat around and putting it on the letting market. It could potentially have been stressful and full of delays, but due to her professionalism, it was all handled very smoothly, and I always knew what was happening. I have used other letting agents in the Hove area before, and found they were not on top of the maintenance, could not access suppliers to sort plumbing and electrical issues and generally came to me with problems, not solutions. Kerry-Anne was therefore a breath of fresh air!!
