The measure of a good agent is not getting a simple sale done easily, but instead how a complex and difficult sale is handled. I have used Sawyer's for some years in various capacities and have always been satisfied. My recent sale with them was however far from straightforward but Simon and especially Bob spent huge amounts of time and effort bringing it to completion.
