A tough time in which to sell any place, but both Bob Beaken and John of Sawyers in the Hove branch, came through with vigour and determination to make sure as best we could that the sale of our place went through. Even when our potential purchase broke down with just minutes till exchange, they offered ideas and solutions to help us to reach a decision about our future. Not what we wanted, but all considered, Bob and John made sure that there end of the deal, our sale, was still a good transaction.
