Massively rude agent, told us we could not have a viewing because lots of other families looked better on paper, and theres no way we could afford the rent - Which even if this had been actually true is a very odd thing to say to a prospective client down the phone. The place was only £100 over our budget and we were hoping to check it out and put in an offer, ended up having a highly offensive phone call that has really disheartened our search for a new home.
