We have been living in our property managed by Sawyers and Co since Feb 2016, and since being assigned our own property manager, Jade, it has made things so much simpler. We know who to email/phone if there are any issues and it saves having to explain issues multiple times with just one main point of contact. Jade has always been very thorough, efficient and quick to deal with any issues that we have had, and it has made our experience a lot simpler. It is easy to contact her when issues arise and we have always had things sorted when necessary. Some less urgent things have taken a bit longer, but most of the time this was to do with the specific contractors and not the letting agents. From my experience, Saywer and co are very efficient compared to other letting agents, and Jade manages our property, well and in a friendly manner, which makes it much easier for us.
