These guys are an absolute JOKE!!.. Some people were interested in our property & enquired through Sawyer & Co. They were informed that the property had been REMOVED FROM THE MARKET!!!.. Luckily these people managed to contact me directly & I arranged a viewing myself... The people made us an offer which we were very happy with in the end!! & Sawyer & Co completely lost out on their cut!!.. The advert Sawyer & Co created for our property was not consistant with what was agreed! They left the door OPEN after one of the viewings!.. Absolute waste of time!!.... DO NOT RISK USING THESE GUYS!!
