I am in the process of renting accommodation and Grace has been wonderful. She was on time at the viewing, very friendly and helpful. Her customer service is amazing. She has been very prompt throughout the whole process and even went above and beyond to get us videos of the property and to allow us to revisit in order to make measurements for furniture.
