We received a letter from Sawyer & Co, alerting us to the possibility of selling the land to the side of our house for development. It is something that we had already considered and had approached another estate agent previously. With the other agent it appeared that we were expected to do all the work in an area in which we were not familiar, whereupon the agent would step in at the end and take their commission. How different things were with Sawyer & Co. The whole team and Matt in particular were brilliant from start to finish. They worked relentlessly to make it all happen.
