She was communicative, efficient, responsive and very personable, even when we were really frustrated. She did everything in her power to push things along and was genuinely delighted for us when it all came together at the 11th hour! Estate agents sometimes get a bad rep, but she defied this. I would highly recommend working with Lucy, she was great.

We were very happy with the service we received from Hassen at Sawyer and Co. As owners of a Hove property but currently living overseas, we had the added complication of incompatible time zones. Hassen took this in his stride and was always quick to deal with issues as they arose. The sale price exceeded our expectations and the whole sale from start to finish was completed within an impressively short time frame.

The Sawyers Letting Team is working well together . It starts with the marketing and viewing. Kerry Anne organised the marketing brochure well liaising with me throughout. She is well experienced and very helpful. Chloe the letting negotiator is a star and good asset as she is very professional thoughtful and listens to both landlords and tenants presenting the flat and area in detail so the tenant can make an informed decision. She cares and is clearly a good organiser and people person with attention to detail. When looking at reviews I noticed my new tenant also being full of praise! So everyone is pleased a 'win win' for everyone. There are other members in the current team at Sawyers, who are without exception very good , similar, and that makes it a joy to deal with Sawyers. Keep it up. Well done all!
Hass and Lucy were excellent in getting us to market quickly, getting a great price and moving things along until exchange. We previously tried to go it alone and sell ourselves, but wish we’d hired Sawyer & Co the first time around. It really took the stress out of things.
