The Sawyers Letting Team is working well together . It starts with the marketing and viewing. Kerry Anne organised the marketing brochure well liaising with me throughout. She is well experienced and very helpful. Chloe the letting negotiator is a star and good asset as she is very professional thoughtful and listens to both landlords and tenants presenting the flat and area in detail so the tenant can make an informed decision. She cares and is clearly a good organiser and people person with attention to detail. When looking at reviews I noticed my new tenant also being full of praise! So everyone is pleased a 'win win' for everyone. There are other members in the current team at Sawyers, who are without exception very good , similar, and that makes it a joy to deal with Sawyers. Hass and Lucy were excellent in getting us to market quickly, getting a great price and moving things along until exchange. We previously tried to go it alone and sell ourselves, but wish we’d hired Sawyer & Co the first time around. It really took the stress out of things.
