We used Sawyer & Co to sell our flat and purchase a new property in the area. I couldn't recommend Ashley Butler (and the company) highly enough! Professional, no-nonsense and always quick to communicate. After what became quite a tricky chain, Ashley was the linchpin holding it all together - it would have never have come off without his hard work!

I have used Sawyers & Co for a number of years now both as a landlord and also as a tenant. In both roles I have been treated respectfully and fairly. They are very responsive on the phone and quick to reply to emails. The pricing structures are transparent and there are no hidden surprise. The whole team are professional, friendly and efficient and I often recommend Sawyer & Co to my friends.

Miss Emma M. is a friendly, efficient and professional property manager

Miss Emma M. is a fantastic property manager. Her efficiency is impressive! She's so hardworking and replies me with concrete solutions within 1-2 working days. That's amazing! She's fair and professional. She changes my impression that estate company only helps landlords and unfair to tenants. (Of course, my landlords is kind and friendly too) Finally, she's so friendly that I don't feel stress when I show the problems with her. Thank you so so much Emma!!!

Very good professional agency, definitely recommend

I'm a tenant with Sawyer and Co already for almost a year, from the beginning they were very helpful, all documents I signed with them online which was very easy and convenient way for such a busy person as me. Property had few faults but agency sorted them all. Flat didn't have a heating so my agent even negotiated this with the landlord and the heating was done, also they refreshed bathroom a bit, fixed my drafty windows and every time I needed something my agent responded very quickly, she is the best - Emma Marcantonio. Easy company to communicate with. Any issues are solved very quickly. Always someone able to answer your questions in a friendly, relaxed manner. They continuously go above and beyond to help. They have years of valuable experience of letting and sales. Would highly recommend.

I have worked with Sawyer and Co., since 2008 and am thrilled with their service. The Sawyer team answer my inquiries promptly and inform me of any tenant/property issues in the same fashion. I live abroad and am so grateful that I chose Sawyer to manage my property. Among some of the things I am most impressed with are the semi annual property inspections. The reports always provide a detailed description of the condition of the flat with photographs to bolster the report. My experience with Sawyer over the years has only been positive and I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Sawyer and Co have been very helpful in helping us relocate to a property in a specific area. Toby was very informative and approachable whilst viewing various properties and helped us see potential in places. His manner and approach has been reassuring especially when dealing with something as important as a new home for our family. He has been quick to respond with emails and phone calls and helped ensure smoothness through this transition.
