I felt it important to share my experience to express how pleased we have been with the professionalism of two members of the Martin & Co team. We have had problems with a tenant’s unpaid rent which has spanned out over the past three month. We have eventually resolved the situation by serving a Section 8 to the tenant and he has now left. This could have been quite a stressful time for me to deal with, however, due to the excellent communication I received and the pro-active approach from Rosie and Rowan, I have felt in control and stress free. I always believe in giving praise where praise is due and in this situation, this was definitely the case. Thank you. Penny Hogan
