Not all bad but could be better. Our issues were resolved quickly and arrangement of initial and subsequent tenancy were fine. But when told about our rental going on the market there was no help from Whitegates to get us a new property which was ashame. We even looked on right move as advised, arranged a viewing, was asked to rearrange, to be told a day before the viewing that the property had now been let. Other estate agents have helped us find another property with them. Felt a bit like Whitegates didn't really care what would happen to us at the end of the tenancy despite the unforseen circumstances (landlord selling property). Paige Ellis is a credit to the Huddersfield team. She really does show some care, was prompt in her responses and always followed up. I knew if I had any issues, she could help resolve and sometimes she went above and beyond, particularly at the end of our tenancy. I reckon Whitegates is a great company to go with if you are buying/selling a property or you are a landlord but not sure I could say the same as a tenant.
