Friendly, caring and unobtrusive

We found a property we loved and made an enquiry about it. Unfortunately it had been taken off the market the day before because the landlord had decided to use it for themselves. I gave my details and left. 2 weeks later I received a call saying that the landlord had changed their mind and would I like to take the property before it was put on the market as I had shown interest before. Good rate of rent, amazing property, friendly service. They came the very next day when we had a leaky window and fixed it. They are just a good old friendly estate agent who don't bother you with pointless phone calles and visits unless you need them and then go the extra mile to help.
