We have searched our data base for your case but can only find a property which completed in May 2015 which was in our Grimsby branch rather than our Humberston branch. However we are only searching using limited information. We feel that our fees reflect a fair market price. It is of course difficult to compare the services provided by a law firm with those of an estate agent. A law firms services are generally known in advance being a similar process for most property sales whereas the services of an estate agent are much more unique. Every property requires a different approach including a tailored service and individual advice. We are very sorry that you felt you needed to post such a review.
