We dealt with a gentleman called James Hindley. He was absolutely wonderful, he was so knowledgeable and helped us with our many queries. He kept us updated with everything that was going on with our mortgage. He was so kind and polite and made sure we were at ease with any changes that happened and that there was never anything to worry about as he had it sorted!
