We used Whitegates for the purchase of our first house, and would absolutely recommend as either a seller or a buyer, as everything was chased up regularly and the conveyance in general has been very smooth. We dealt with Amanda and from the initial enquiry all the way through to completion and couldn't really be happier with how its been handled from her side. She provided regular updates without having to chase, very quick responses when we did have questions and shes just generally been lovely and helpful from the start. There were actually a number of instances where we heard from Amanda before we heard from our solicitor so she was absolutely on the ball.
