We have recently had an offer accepted on a property and Whitegates Huyton were the estate agents with Joshua Cunliffe as our agent. Joshua was excellent in all aspects of the sale - he negotiated with the sellers, kept us informed, communicated with us quickly and efficiently and even stayed in the office an hour and a half late on a Friday night to secure the deal. His emails and calls were clear and concise and he kept in touch with us every second of the way. With this been a close call whether we got the house or not I feel that it was down to Joshuas negotiating skills, effective communication and hard work that got our offer accepted.We just hope we go on to move in without any hitches.
