Great estate agent. I have been a landlord previously dealing with other Estate Agents in Huyton / Prescot areas and have never received such great customer service as Whitegates in Huyton. Initially, I was unsure whether to go with Whitegates but when I read the reviews (especially about Josh), and after speaking to Josh, I felt very confident to go with Whitegates in Huyton for the sale of my rental property. My house was only for sale £120k in Huyton being sold by Whitegates and only one of the many houses of that value being sold; therefore, I didn't expect the great customer service that I received from Josh! I was treated very well from the beginning to the very end, when the house sale was completed. I felt as if I was their only customer or as if I had a very expensive house. My calls were always prioritised by Josh, my emails were always answered immediately even over the weekends and out of hour times.
