Amanda provided me with regular updates throughout my purchase without me needing to contact her. Amanda was in regular contact with the Vendor's Solicitor, my Solicitor and the Vendor so without any prompting from myself she would be actively seeking updates and progressing the purchase forward. I felt completing the purchase was just as important to her as it was to myself. When Amanda was not available the rest of the Teams would adhere to answer my queries if possible in her absence. I can't fault the professionalism, advice and support I have received since submitting my offer on a property they are selling.
