We saw a property that had been advertised on Rightmove that day on Wednesday last week (8th Sept 2021). After constantly watching the market for the last 18 months trying to buy our first home we know you have to strike whilst the iron’s hot at the minute. We contacted Whitegates the same day, they offered us a viewing of the property for the day after on Thursday, we submitted an offer to the vendor on Friday and then we found out that our offer had been accepted on Saturday. We began the Conveyancing process yesterday and have today paid for a surveyor. Whitegates have made the process much easier than what we assume it could be and the speed in which it has been dealt with so far by them has been remarkable.
