My experience in selling a property with Whitegates Huyton, was extremely positive from start to finish.First of all I met Bernadette who explained the process and cost.Polite and professional. House went up for sale and I was kept in the loop at all times, initially by Barbara, then as sale progressed Liam and Tom both helpful, polite and professional. We had a hiccup with probate but I was kept reassured at all times, while waiting. They managed all viewings and I was kept In the loop and given feedback and information by email. The cost of the service is value for money. They Even arranged my solicitor for me at a value price. Well done Whitegates ! Would definitely recommend.

We are at present purchasing a house for sale with Whitegates, the staff have always responded to queries very quickly. Amanda and Josh have replied to emails and phone calls very quickly and efficiently. Also sticking to Covid guidelines which is great to see. I sold a house in Huyton through Whitegates with Liam as my principal contact. The marketing of the house was halted when the Government suspended housing transactions due to the coronavirus. Notwithstanding that, a successful sale was achieved. Liam kept me in touch throughout, with phone-calls and emails, which was really the most important thing for me.
