Really??? Fishy business...

I have arranged viewings for three houses in Hutton over the last couple of months through Walkers. Each time, they have called me shortly before to cancel the viewings, as in EVERY CASE, "the vendors have decided to sell to a family member." REALLY?? Three separate sellers use Walkers to sell their homes and each time a "family member" comes out of the woodwork and decides to buy it? And on each occasion, the vendor still uses Walkers to complete the sale? Why would you need an estate agent to sell to a family member? I have viewed quite a few properties over the last couple of months and this has NEVER happened with any other estate agent. What is going on at Walkers? A cynic might suggest that a developer is getting in first and that the sellers are unaware.... Something very fishy is going on in any case.....
