Very good service, would recommend. I used Northwood Aberdeen for selling an empty property in Sunnyside Road, and they were able to assist with clearance/repairs/maintenance during the sale period all at reasonable costs. Other Aberdeen companies that I have experienced are both less willing to be helpful for what they see as unwelcome work like clearance/repairs/maintenance, and then if/when they actually do that work end up being expensive.
