I wanted to express my gratitude to Nicola Walker for her help with a maintenance issue in the flat I have been renting for five years now. Not just for facilitating a smooth and effective experience in the arrangements and in the process of solving the problem, which she has done to perfection, but mostly for being kind and understandable in accommodating my requests for dates and times availability. She has made possible a rare experience these days of a true service with customers needs in mind and heart. Thank you
