Northwood were fantastic at managing my apartment over the years, their guaranteed rental program worked great for me in the years when my apartment could have tenants. While many of my contacts complained about not being able to find tenants, I had full occupancy for the entire time I used this service without too many issues. Ali Clark was my contact at Northwood and was absolutely amazing, responding to every email and request promptly, and endlessly helpful finding solutions to the multitude of building works and repairs that were needed, and finally helping me to sell the property. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her efforts over the years, I am forever grateful.
