I had made a offer on a property and was told to up the offer which I did and waited over 1 week to find the offer was rejected and was advised in a voicemail message to ring the office. I rang the office later on the same day and spoke to the manager Michelle who said they accepted another offer which was higher but I was willing to offer higher and was told it's done. I had to wait over 2 weeks to find out if it's accepted yet the manager has decided to let it go to someone else and wonder who this someone else is ??? I suppose it's who you know but think it's unfair to play this game.

rented a property from them 2 years ago and am still trying to get them to take my name of the tenancy. I am currently looking into taking legal action. utterly disgusted

Very poor service, stay away from Whitegates in Keighley, they fully manage 2 of my properties, I asked for costs/quote for a job and completely ignored me, then I received an unexplained bill to pay for a call out charge WTF ?!?! Disappointing, I am now moving to YourMove next door to them as the so called "manager" Michelle is not willing to sort the situation and they'd rather lose me as a long standing customer!

Awful experience, estate agent was rude and judgemental. He wouldnt take us to view the other places as he thought we wouldnt be able to handle it and it would upset us. He also said to us that every other estate agent wouldnt be interested in us because of a few glitches. When infact weve now found somewhere with an estate agent who was very helpful. Will not be going back to this branch. Very patronising bloke
