The Estate agents were easy to deal with, and quick to organise a tenancy. They were thorough in their inspection of the property. The only thing if I'm being fussy, was that the professional clean done before tenancy was not very good. This isn't really the fault of the estate agent though and more to do with the contractor. I had a problem with the floor and within a week it was dealt with and sorted. All good so far, would be happy to use them again.

I have sold many properties and every time have ended up frustrated by poor estate agents and aggrieved at their fee for doing very little. Not so on this occasion, Hackney and Leigh have been brilliant. They were prompt, helpful and courteous throughout the process. The property description was excellent and we had lots of viewings- which they managed for us, so we never had to be in or meet potential clients. We expected to have a protracted sale but they sold it effectively within 2 weeks. Can't recommend them highly enough and I'm almost sorry that I have nothing else to sell..

Kiera and Ellie were both very professional and knowledgeable. From first meeting to discuss selling our property to handling viewings and completing on our property they kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We never had to chase for info or updates. Very happy with their service.
