We were on a holiday when we've got an email from an another agency which said we did not get the house that we've applied for, even tho we started the whole process 1,5 month ago. We were kinda in a panic, when we found a great let, from Hackney and Leigh, told them our situation and in just 2 weeks they sorted out everything, thank you for everything again!
