Firstly, selling a property can be very stressful for anyone, however our experience with the staff at Hackney & Leigh (Kendal) has been exactly the opposite. The whole process right from the start has been nothing short of excellent. Our property was viewed,valued, photographed and presented to the market within a week, every viewing was arranged by them at our convenience, we were kept informed at all times regarding feedback and indeed offers, (of which we had six) after accepting an offer of the full asking price, this is where Hackney & Leigh truly excelled, each member of staff are fully aware of every aspect of the sale and it's progress, the level of communication between individual staff members was exceptional, and as far as dealing with solicitors and local authorities etc..., they made sure that we were always kept updated throughout the whole process all the way through to exchange and completion. Not only do I recommend them but I quite honestly believe that the way that they operate should be used as a blue print for other estate agents. I can not recommend them highly enough, if you need an estate agent, you really don't need to look anywhere else.
