After deciding to sell got quotes from 4 local agents. 2 valuers impressed me with their knowledge and attitude but went with Keira and H&L because of their greater local coverage and our type of property. Maurice and Gail were great with the viewings. Ellie and Shannon kept us updated. We had thought of trying to sell privately, but I'm really glad we used an agent. House sales seem more complicated and fraught than when we last bought over 20 years ago and Keira's cool head and professionalism helped keep us on track and sane through all the hurdles.
