Great service to us in purchasing our new home

Andrew Gibbs, and his team, provided an excellent service to us in what turned out to be, in my experience, a more complicated than usual house purchase. He provided excellent communications and updates throughout the buying process, often acting to progress the completion of the sale when there were communication breakdowns between other parties involved. As a 'customer' I felt that Andy was professionally acting on my behalf, as well as that of his fee paying client. I never thoughtI would say that about an estate agent!
