Andrew Gibbs was a credit to Brian Holt. The level service he provides when purchasing a property was second to none. I've bought 5 properties and never known such an approachable person who went out of his way to help a very complicated sale with overseas sellers. Always at the end of a phone and always lending a hand to keep the ball rolling. If all staff at Brian Holt are as good and efficient as Andy then I will definitely be recommending Brian Holt to all my friends and colleagues. Also the rest of the team in Kenilworth were great as well. Helping to arrange viewings and making the keys available for tradesmen to visit and quote work while the sale process proceeded. Without the team effort I would not be moving into my new house before Christmas where as I moved on the 1st December. Great service and I can't speak highly enough about the team at Brian Holt Kenilworth.
