Holts of Kenilworth provided excellent service during the valuation, marketing, viewings and sales negotiations of my property. Julie Philpot did the valuation and inspired me to let her market it. She provided a very realistic valuation and assessment of the local market. Her experience was clearly evident. After each of the many viewings , they promptly sent me an email summarising the comments and feedback of the potential buyers, providing honest and realistic assessments. Once the sale was in progress Andrew Gibbs took the lead in the communications between myself and my buyers solicitors, skilfully helping things along and politely intervening when things seemed to be stalling . He spent a tremendous amount of time as a go between all parties and helped to achieve a quicker completion that it would have been without his interventions.
