Excellent service- effective, professional and supportive team

We took on Brian Holts after good reports from our next door neighbours, who purchased through them. Julie's local experience led to a realistic view of price and potential, and a good brochure with photos exploiting our property's potential for a buyer. We had a wealth of viewers, which Sarah handled very well (although on the first visit when Ken turned up we thought he was a buyer!), When we accepted an offer, Anna was excellent at keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing down legal activity. Regrettably our buyer withdrew, so we will be starting again in the New Year, however we are happy to be with a great team!
