Anna and the team at Brian Holt were simply fantastic. As the buyer of a property listed with Brian Holt, Anna was very professional and fair in the bidding process. We encountered some problems with the move as our initial buyer pulled out just before exchange, then our second buyers mortgage application was delayed for some time. Naturally, Anna needed to ensure that her clients interests were protected, but really went the extra mile in liaising with the various parties involved to help push the deal through. Without Anna's intervention, I believe that things could have turned out very differently. She clearly has a lot of experience in the industry, knows how to deal with solicitors, brokers, etc and is very prompt in her communications. I used an online agent to sell my property. Price is what you pay and value is what you get. I would go as far to say that Anna is not only the best estate agent I have dealt with, but also provided the best customer service experience that I have received, irrespective of industry.
