Just wanted to say thank you to Natasha and her team (as well as the other Thanet branches) for their professional/user friendly service and support whilst finding us suitable rented accommodation. We had no previous experience of renting and were somewhat ‘stressed’ to say the least! They obviously had good communication within the team showing awareness of the needs of their clients. When we reported we had identified property via another estate agent they were garacious and congratulatory. It’s not all about ‘winning’ so thank you again.. you deserve recognition.
