I helped two young people get their first flat during the Lockdown. It was a complex negotiation because the owner was abroad. Through it all Andy O'Connor was incredibly helpful, patient, friendly and efficient. I am very grateful for his support, understanding and encouragement. And the young people are now happily settled in their first home.
