Miles & Barr contacted me about advertising a rental property. They got me a tenant in April (5+ months ago). A tenancy agreement was sent out to the wrong person not linked to my property. Called the office, finally someone got back to me and eventually a new tenancy was send out but with wrong information on it. Called the office numerous times to be told would get a call back. No call, no tenancy. Called and spoke to Simon head of letting. He assured me the correct tenancy would be completed 3 + weeks ago. Still no tenancy agreement. How many more calls will it take to get a tenancy agreement for a service I paid over £300 for? Maybe money should be focused on staff training / customer service rather than advertising? 5 + months later still no tenancy agreement!! Shocking service for the second time I have dealt with them.
