I care for an elderly man with dementia and he requested that I take him into miles and barr in Ramsgate ( because he sold his second house via them last year ) he cannot convey his words so we had no idea what he wanted from the visit there but the young girl ( I didn't get her name) and the other staff were so understanding and spent time with my client speaking to him until he was happy enough to leave and feel like his needs were meet . The kindness that the staff showed was amazing . Thanks.
